Institutionally Embedded Professionals’ Perspectives on Knowledge Mobilization: Findings from a Developmental Evaluation

Intentional efforts to advance the societal impacts of research are known as knowledge mobilization (KMb). Despite increas-ing pressure on researchers and higher education institutions (HEIs) engage in KMb activities, capacity building this area is constrained by a limited understanding role HEIs from perspective embedded professionals. This study presents findings developmental evaluation Research Impact Canada’s build institutional for KMb. Through semi-structured interviews (n = 20) with professionals 15 Canadian HEIs, we share (a) approaches how can thrive environments, (b) essential questions about edu-cation sector. From that basis, discuss there need skilled within (inter)national practice collaborations.
